Black Women Supported

Black Women Supported is a free six-session series designed to create a space for Black women to process their life experiences with other Black women in a safe, supportive environment.

The therapeutic space for Black women was created to share personal challenges, such as mental health, self-identity, relationship challenges, generational trauma, and self-care. The group will explore how to functionally build and use coping skills while challenging behavioral and relationship patterns that may hinder one’s ability to heal and grow.
