Free Training: Laborers Union Pipeline Program

Turner ImbuTec JV, in partnership with the University of Pittsburgh, invites you to the 2024 Union Pipeline Program. The program will assist Greater Hazelwood residents who are interested in local trades in the construction industry.

The opportunity will provide access to the Laborers Union of Western PA, Local 373.

Training will take place at the Western Pennsylvania Laborers Training Center, 317 Deer Creek, Saxonburg, PA, 10656

Requirements:
18 years or older
Valid PA Driver’s License
Ability to pass a drug test
Reside in Allegheny County or surrounding counties for 6+ months

Training Includes:
Transportation
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided
Breakfast & lunch
Stipend on program completion

Participants must undergo a logic test, a brief interview, and a week of training. Participants are responsible for completing additional. Hours/field training after completing the project to gain full access as a journeyman within Local 373.

All classes are free.
